Following the sale of his company and gaining his MBA with Distinction, Nick chose a career as an ‘Interim CEO’ where he would be appointed to a role for a period of time to lead an organisation through a transition.

Because managing an organisation through a transition involves a particular skill set which is different from managing a typical growth or steady-state, his speciality was to create the infrastructure and core attributes for stable, sustainable organisations.

Once the transition was substantially complete he would help appoint a successor with the necessary ability for a more traditional role.
